By entering the Texas Homes Sold Group Austin Rodeo Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Texas Homes Sold Group or its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

  2. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

  3. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on March 11, 2025 and ends on March 20, 2025. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST on the end date to be eligible.

  4. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email/phone/social media within 2 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, another winner may be selected.

  5. Prize: The prize includes 2 tickets to the Austin Rodeo for the ProRodeo & Tracy Lawrence Concert on on March 28, 2025 and includes Parking Pass. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Any expenses not specified as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  6. Limitation of Liability: Texas Homes Sold Group is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical issues that may prevent entry. By entering, you release Texas Homes Sold Group, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

  7. Publicity: By entering, you agree that Texas Homes Sold Group may use your name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.
